Alnux repos for APS

Notice about precompiled packages

Precompiled packages are not allowed in the repo, and are only there for testing and reference purposes.

Large files inside the payload of packages are not allowed (because you download something you will never install when syncing with the repo), however, tiny config files are allowed for convenience.
