Some pi-hole blocklists

Certain entries in the hosts file are from the following publically available blocklists:

• https://github.com/craiu/mobiletrackers (GNU General Public License v3.0)
• https://github.com/nickspaargaren/no-google/blob/master/google-domains (The Unlicense)
